Our current processing time is 3-5 business days. Processing times may be extended up to 2 weeks during sales.
Where is my order?
We ship all orders with USPS as First Class Mail with tracking from San Diego, California. Domestic orders take about 3-5 business days to arrive. International mail takes much longer, so please be patient with USPS. Please wait a full 30 business days (from the shipment date) before contacting us with your order number and full name.
Returns & Cancellations
Due to the nature of these items, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If there is a problem with your order, please send us a message and we will do our best to fix the issue.
Can I change my mailing address?
Please double check your mailing address is correct. If you order is still open, contact us ASAP with your order number and correct mailing address. Once your order has been shipped, we are unable to change any of the information you have inputted.
Something wrong with your order?
We apologize for this inconvenience, and want to make things right. Please contact us with your order number, full name, description of the issue, and photo proof. Please note due to the nature of foil application, there may be black specks in the foiling.
Do you offer customs?
